Programmes That Adapt to
How Your Team Operates

We work with organisations across a wide range of sizes and working models. Each programme is adjusted to reflect how your team actually works — not how we assume they do.

Mid-Sized Teams (20–100)

Mid-sized teams benefit from a more unified challenge experience. Our programmes for this group use a single programme thread with optional sub-team mechanics to maintain both collective and individual engagement throughout the challenge duration.

Small Teams (5–20)

Smaller teams often benefit most from tightly designed, cohesive challenge experiences. We create programmes where every participant's contribution is visible, fostering a clear sense of collective direction throughout the challenge period.

Challenge Categories

Four Themes, Each With
Its Own Distinct Focus

Our programmes draw from four primary theme categories. Each can be run independently as a focused sprint or combined in extended formats for a more holistic experience.

01

Movement

Challenges built around daily movement habits — from short walks to stretching routines. No performance benchmarks; the focus is on consistency and building a sustainable relationship with regular activity.

30-Day Sprint Available
02

Nutrition Awareness

Educational programmes exploring everyday food choices, reading ingredients, and building awareness around meal patterns. Content is informational — not prescriptive, and not dietetic advice.

30 or 60-Day Available
03

Focus & Clarity

Structured around brief daily practices that help participants manage concentration, reduce distraction, and establish clearer work boundaries. Five-minute daily formats are standard.

Team Connection

Challenges designed to strengthen social bonds within workplace teams through structured informal activities, shared goals, and conversation prompts that do not require personal disclosure.

Participation Model

How Team Members Take Part

Our programmes are designed to minimise administrative burden on team leaders while keeping participation meaningful for every team member involved.

Invitation & Onboarding

Participants receive a clear welcome pack explaining the challenge theme, duration, and how daily participation works. No account creation or app required.

Daily Engagement

Each day during the challenge, participants receive a prompt, activity, or reflection exercise. These are designed to take between two and fifteen minutes to complete.

Team Check-Ins

Weekly optional team check-ins keep the social dimension active. These can be run as brief stand-ups, message-based discussions, or structured calls using our facilitation guides.

Completion & Reflection

At the end of the programme, participants complete a short reflection exercise. Team leaders receive an aggregate engagement summary to inform future planning.

Facilitation Tools

Everything Your Team Lead
Needs to Run It Confidently

We do not ask team leaders to figure it out alone. Every programme includes a structured set of facilitation materials developed specifically for the person coordinating the challenge.

Team Leader Guides

Step-by-step facilitation guides covering every week of the programme, including suggested communications and optional activity variations.

Participation Tracking Templates

Simple spreadsheet-based templates for logging participation, noting engagement trends, and preparing end-of-programme summaries.

Communication Templates

Pre-written internal communications for programme launch, weekly check-in reminders, and the closing summary message to participants.

Consulting Support

Access to scheduled consulting check-ins throughout the programme — so leaders always have a clear point of contact if questions arise.

Questions Specific to Team
Programme Delivery

No. Our programmes are designed to accommodate varying levels of participation. They function well with partial team engagement, and the facilitation guides include guidance for managing mixed levels of participation without isolating those who engage less frequently.
Yes. During the programme design consultation, we discuss any cultural, religious, or lifestyle considerations that should be reflected in the content. Our standard materials are inclusive by design, but bespoke adaptations are available for teams with specific requirements.
That is entirely up to your organisation. It may be an HR representative, a line manager, a wellness champion, or a volunteer from the team itself. Our facilitation materials are designed to be usable by someone without prior wellness programme experience.
Yes, and we actively support this model for larger organisations. We provide scalable materials sets, a coordination guide for central HR teams, and — if required — multi-department participation tracking templates.
Our standard materials are delivered in PDF and editable document formats. For organisations requiring specific formatting, accessibility requirements, or integration with internal platforms, we offer adapted format delivery as part of the bespoke design service.
